An individual psychotherapy session is traditionally 45-53 minutes.

Starting therapy can be easy. Complete a pre-consultation form which will include answering a few questions and scheduling a brief 10-15 minute phone consultation. During the consultation, you will have an opportunity to ask questions and determine whether you believe the therapeutic relationship will be a good fit for you.

Absolutely. While the majority of individuals I serve are women, I also welcome and provide services to men.

Factors that are taken into consideration when determining the frequency of psychotherapy are treatment goals, presenting concerns, and severity of symptoms. A recommendation will be made by the therapist.

Your first appointment will be an intake session. During this time, your therapist will gather personal information surrounding presenting concerns/challenges. This appointment is likely to be more structured compared to the therapy sessions thereafter.
